Little Canada Rd. <br />Little Canada, Minn. 55117 <br />Dear Council Members: <br />500 West Highway 96 <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55112 <br />484 -3301 <br />Sept. 6, 1984 <br />RE: Duray - Car Wash <br />We have reviewed the plan submitted by Tom Duray for the development <br />of two lots on Demont by a parking lot and car wash. <br />The plan shows the present swale to be replaced by a 12" pipe (1% grade) <br />along the east property line. We are of the opinion that this is <br />adequate to drain the small area presently draining through the swale. <br />However, this pipe should be connected to the 18" pipe crossing the <br />driveway to the east by means of a manhole together with a short <br />extension west to intercept the flow from the west. <br />With this change, we recommend approval. <br />Yours truly, <br />MILNER) W.
