NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS INC. <br />PLANNING REPORT <br />TO: Little Canada Mayor and City Council <br />Little Canada Planning Commission <br />FROM: David Licht <br />DATE: 5 September 1984 <br />RE: Little Canada - Zoning Ordinance Revision - Industrial <br />Districts - Open and Outdoor Storage <br />FILE NO: 758.09 <br />Through discussions held with industrial property owners, the need to have <br />open and outdoor storage as a conditional use permit has been questioned. <br />The basis of concern is that outdoor storage is a common activity associated <br />with industrial uses and therefore this activity should be handled as part <br />of the general performance standards and not require special processing. <br />In response to this position, we have drafted a proposed zoning ordinance <br />text amendment.
