ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 906.050 AND 909.050 LOT REQUIREMENTS AND <br />SETBACKS OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 906.050 of the Zoning Code of the Municipal Code of the City <br />of Little Canada is hereby amended by revisions to and additions of the <br />following subsections: <br />906.050. A. Lot Area: <br />1) Single Family - 10,000 square feet <br />2) Two Family - 10,000 square feet <br />(Where properties are zoned R -2 <br />and approved prior to September 1, <br />1984) <br />3) Two Family - Interior - 12,500 square feet <br />Corner - 14,000 square feet <br />4) All Others - 15,000 square feet <br />B. Minimum Lot Area Per Unit: <br />1) Single Family - 10,000 square feet <br />2) Two Family - 5,000-square feet <br />(Where properties are zoned R -2 <br />and approved prior to September 1, <br />1984) <br />3) Two Family - 6,250 square feet <br />4) Townhouses and Quadraminiums - 4,000 square feet <br />C. Lot Width: <br />1) Single Family - 75 feet <br />2) Two Family - 75 feet <br />(Where properties are zoned R -2 <br />and approved prior to September 1, <br />1984) <br />
