September 12, 1984
City of Little Canada
Attention: City Council Members
515 E. Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minnesota 55117
Dear Members of the Council:
We want to express our viewpoint to the Council regarding
the culvert under Centerville Road. It is rotted away and
in an extremely deteriorated condition. The culvert is
no longer 36 inches in diameter.
We met with Phil Rivard from the Ramsey County Public
Works Department and he stated that the culvert is causing the
problem of drainage backup and also stated this is very serious.
In another rain downpour, the road could cave in and cause a
very serious flood. He also said the City of Little Canada
would handle this matter.
We would sure like to see this work get done before spring
and the rains come. We have suffered a grave loss financially
because of the last flood.
PLEASE HELP US!
Sincerely,
c71 ✓
William F.
