NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Little Canada <br />will meet at 7:30 P.M. CDST on September 12, 1984 in the City Hall, <br />515 E. Little Canada Road to pass upon the proposed assessment for <br />Improvement 81 -15. <br />Improvement 81 -15 by storm sewer pump station, forcemain, and gravity <br />outfall and R.O.W. acquisition. <br />The area proposed to be assessed is described as follows: <br />PARCEL I: Tract D - Registered Land Survey 344, Ramsey County, Mi <br />PARCEL II: All of Blocks 1, 2 and 3 Heather Oaks, Ramsey County, M <br />PARCEL III: The North 153 feet of the West 150 feet of the East <br />1841 feet and the North 203 feet of the West 520 feet <br />of the East 1691 feet in the SE 1/4 of Section 7, <br />Township 29 North, Range 22 West. Subject to road <br />The amount proposed to be assessed is $ 175,000.00 <br />The proposed assessments are on file with the City Clerk for public inspecti <br />Written or oral objections will be considered at the hearing. <br />Eligible Senior Citizens 'seeking deferrment of Special assessments may make <br />application on forms prescribed by Rhmsdy.County Department of Taxation <br />at the City Center. Each applicant will be considered by the City Council. <br />An Owner may appeal on assessment to District Court pursuant to Section <br />429.081 by serving notice of appeal upon the Mayor or Clerk of the City <br />within 30 days after adoption of the assessment and filing such notice <br />with the District Court within 10 days after service upon the Mayor or <br />Clerk. <br />/s/ Joseph G.
