With this scheme, the north - squth connection would Wend <br />between the Empire Bucket and R &S properties. As can be seen on Exhibit B, there is <br />approximately 85 feet between existing buildings. Potentially a 40 foot right -of -way <br />could be squeezed between the properties. Obviously this solution may have some <br />potential impact on the Empire and R &S operations. Both owners feel that such an inter - <br />section with Woodlyn Avenue may be hazardous due to limited visability around the, <br />Empire building and a relatively steep grade situation on Woodlyn Avenue. Based upon <br />preliminary study of the area and other alternatives, however, this is still considered to <br />be the least hazardous situation, especially if adequate signage is placed on Woodlyn <br />Avenue. Furthermore, it is hoped that once the north -south connection is ultimately <br />completed, it would become the primary access to the area rather than Woodlyn Avenue. <br />e <br />
