L <br />November 5, 1984 <br />Little Canada City Council: <br />I own a lot on Greenbrier Circle (Lot #9) off <br />of County Road B2, the frontage being approximately <br />44 feet across. When the water hydrant was put in, <br />it was placed 10 feet west of the property line, <br />putting it right in front of the lot.
