Exhibit A <br />EASEMENT EXHIBIT <br />FOR <br />METROPOLITAN WASTE CONTROL COMMISSION <br />PROJECT NO. 81 -51 <br />LAKE GERVAIS INTERCEPTOR <br />Condemnation Parcel No. 13 <br />A 20.00 foot wide permanent easement for sanitary sewer purposes over, under and <br />across the following described property: <br />Beginning at a point on the North line of Section eight (8), Township <br />twenty -nine (29), Range twenty -two (22), 190 feet West of the Northeast <br />corner of the Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northwest quarter (NW <br />1/4) of Section eight (8), Township twenty -nine (29), Range twenty -two <br />(22); thence South and parallel with the East line of said Northwest quarter <br />(NW 1/4) of Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) a distance of 125 feet to a <br />point; thence West and parallel with the North line of said Section to <br />the line of the St. Paul Water Works Right of Way; thence Northwesterly <br />along the Easterly line of said St. Paul Water Works Right of Way to the <br />North line of said Section eight (8); thence East along the North line of <br />said Section line to the point of beginning. <br />(As described in Certificate of Title No. 107932.) <br />The centerline of said easements is described as follows: <br />Commencing at the north quarter corner of Section 8; thence westerly <br />268 degrees 27 minutes 10 seconds, assumed azimuth from north, 1630.50 <br />feet along the north line of said Section 8 to the point of beginning of <br />the centerline to be described; thence southerly 158 degrees 32 minutes <br />54 seconds azimuth 200 feet and there terminating. <br />And a temporary easement for construction purposes over, under and across the above <br />described property. Said easement is that part of the above described property lying <br />westerly of the following described line: <br />Commencing at the north quarter corner of said Section 8; thence westerly <br />268 degrees 27 minutes 10 seconds, assumed azimuth from north, 1565.50 <br />feet along the north line of said Section 8 to the point of beginning of <br />the line to he described; thence southerly 175 degrees 57 minutes 10 <br />seconds azimuth 150.00 feet and there terminating. <br />Said temporary easement expires June 30, 1986. <br />097 <br />
