MEMORANDUM
northwest associated consultants, inc.
TO: Little Canada Mayor and City Council
FROM: Stephen Grittman
DATE: 15 November 1984
RE: St. Croix Screen Print
FILE NO: 758.09 - 84.46
This report reviews the landscape and screening plan submitted in conjunction
with the conditional use permit application of St. Croix Screen Print. The
Planning Commission required that a plan be submitted in which the neighbor-
ing residential uses are screened from the facility's parking and loading areas.
The proposed screening consists of a three foot high berm along both sides of
the parking area, except for a low redwood fence which will screen the aisle
of the parking areas. The rest of the lot is to be seeded with grass, except
for the rear portion of the lot which is proposed to be left in its natural
state. The plan is acceptable for screening as required by the Ordinance.
The applicant should be made aware that building permit application must be
accompanied by an estimate by a landscape contractor and a bond for 150% of
the estimated amount. Li addition, the Zoning Ordinance states that all seeded
areas must prove viable or be immediately replaced.
cc: _Joe Chlebeck
Bud Nagovski
Todd Huebscher
028
NOV 16 1984
CITY OF
LITTLE CANADA
18.20 m lli 1110Ot * Llvc,i. minrlC,_1p011s, rim lneson, s e. 1 20 551 l6 ter 6m2/975-9,120 '/925 -9420
