MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />h'EBRUARY 9, 2006 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice Chereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of <br />February, 2006 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Vice Chair Tom Duray called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />Ms. Katie Socha <br />ABSENT: Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert, Cable TV Prod. <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />MINUTES The January 12, 2006 Planning Commission meeting minutes were <br />approved as submitted. <br />PROPERTY Mr. Deane Paisley, 3078 Payne Avenue, appeared before the Commmission <br />DIVISION - requesting approval to subdivide his property into two single-family lots. <br />3078 PAYNE Paisley noted that the new lot will meet all the City Code requirements. <br />AVENUE - <br />DEANE Duray reviewed the City Planner's report dated February 3, 2006 which <br />PAISLEY notes that all Code requirements are met and recommends approval of the <br /> property division. Duray noted a letter received from a neighboring <br /> property owner which indicates no objection to the property division as long <br /> as all Code requirements are met. <br />Barraclough asked if sanitary sewer and water stubs were available to the <br />new lot. Paisley replied that they were. Socha asked if the new home <br />proposed for the lot would meet Code requirements. The City Planner <br />replied that at the time a building permit is applied for the Building Official <br />will ensure that the Code is met. <br />
