Approval <br />Of The <br />Minutes <br />R & S <br />Automotive <br />`RNU1'!'S 01' THE 2ECl1LAR )1EET1Nq <br />PLANNING CO'IMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />June 14, 1984 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of. the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 14th day of June, 1984 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Peter Costa chaired the meeting and called it to order <br />at 7:30 P.M. and the following were present at roll call: <br />Peter Costa <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Thomas Ducharme <br />Roy French <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />Karolyn Kingsbury <br />Thomas Perlinger <br />Sharon Timmons <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />David Licht, City Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />There being no corrections to the May 10 Planning Commission minutes, <br />Mr. Costa declared that the minutes be approved as read. <br />Mr. Dave Thurston, Attorney representing R S Automotive, appeared <br />before the commission. <br />Mr. Licht reported that there are a number of questions regarding <br />R & S that have never been concluded. Licht also pointed out that <br />R & S has expanded without an conditional use permit and this is <br />why they are before the Commission. <br />Mr. Thurston reported that Mr. Zilge attempted to get a property <br />division and this is when the question of the road easement came <br />up. The easement was being considered in the area where R & S <br />constructed their building. There was no concensus reached in <br />terms of the road. <br />The Planner reported that the City attempted to address the issue <br />of access into the entire area. Council minutes indicate approval <br />of a subdivision provided that the road easement is provided to <br />the City. <br />Page -1- <br />L <br />
