At least one person <br />expressed opposition to the idea of dedication. <br />The cost of land purchase is not included in any of the estimates. <br />Plans 1, 2 and 3 include the construction of the street the full length <br />from Allan to Centerville to various standards as indicated. <br />Plans 4 & 5 include the construction of the street from Allan to the <br />north lien of Lot 19 or about half the length. <br />All of the plans include sanitary sewer, watermain, concrete curb & gutter <br />and bituminous surface. <br />PLAN 1. <br />9 ton - State Aid - 36 feet - Allan to Centerville <br />Construction $ 198,651.00 <br />Contingency (10 %) 19,365.00 <br />Legal . . .
