City Council <br />(Cunt' d. ) <br />September 12, 1979 <br />Knudson hr. Charles B. Knudson has requested permission to divide his <br />Property property into three lots, the dimensions of which would be 150 feet <br />Division by 193.55 feet; 75 feet by 193.55 feet; and 75 feet by 193.55 feet. <br />Mr. Knudson has submitted a diagram of the proposed property division. <br />Attorney ?arks stated that he thought Nr. Knudson was purchasing the <br />property on a contract - for -deed from Er. Tagg. Therefore, the City <br />cannot stamp the deed until it is executed by the fee owner. <br />iir.
