May 10, 1984
City Council
City of Little Canada
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, MN 55117
Re: Little Canada Canadian Days
Dear Council Members:
6 /,
This letter is written to officially request the use of Spooner Park for Little
Canada Canadian Days scheduled for August 10, 11, and 12, 1984.
I will not attempt to go into detail as to the events being scheduled at the
park this year other than to say that most of the events are the same as have
been scheduled in the past. The one addition is that we are expecting the Lake
Superior Scottish Regiment to perform at this year's festival. However, it is
not anticipated that any unusual arrangements will have to be made for them.
The only other need we have is the use of the City's chalker. This would be
used to chalk the field for the soccer games.
If you have any questions or need any further information, please don't hesitate
to contact me and I will do my best to respond.
Respectfully,
Fred Clan President
Little Canada Canadian Days Assoc.
P.S. We would like to request one of the sets of bleachers from the lower
fields being placed at the edge of the parking lot where the band plays.
