Approval <br />Of The <br />Minutes <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />July 12, 1984 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 12th day of July, 1984 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Chairman Gene DeLonais chaired the meeting and called it <br />to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Gene DeLonais <br />Bill Davison <br />Thomas Ducharme <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />Karolyn Kingsbury <br />Thomas Perlinger <br />Sharon Timmons <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />Steve Grittman, Planner <br />James Vick, Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Peter Costa <br />Roy French <br />Mr. Herkenhoff moved that the minutes of the June 14, 1984 meeting <br />be approved. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Ducharme. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />Manes Lot Mr. Jerome Manes appeared before the Commission requesting approval <br />Split for a property split. Mr. Manes owns a five acre parcel and would <br />like to split off 122 feet of his property. <br />Mr. Manes asked why the City Planner is requesting that the property <br />be platted. <br />Mr. Grittman explained that under the Subdivision Ordinance, large <br />parcels of property are required to show how the property might <br />develop in the future. <br />Mr. DeLonais informed Mr. Manes that the City wants to ensure that <br />no landlocked parcels are created. <br />Mr. DeLonais also informed Mr. Manes that the planner is recommending <br />that six foot utility easements be dedicated around the property lines. <br />Page -1- <br />
