Office of:
JOSEPH G. CHLEBECK, Clerk
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minn. 55117
484 -2177
July 20, 1984
CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
MEMO
TO: Joseph Chlebeck
FROM: Edward Locke Leer
RE: Building Permit 1933 - Dated 11 -1 -79
Mr. Fred Rusch applied for a building permit for a duplex at 2731
Lakeshore Ave. The building was never built. He has now sold the
property and is asking for a refund.
MAYOR
Raymond Hanson
COUNCIL
Michael Fahey
Beverly Scalze
• Dennis Forsberg
Mugs Nardini
I checked with the SAC Board and there will be no problem refunding
the SAC charge. The necessary paper work can be turned in with the
monthly report. As far as the sewer, water and park charge refunds,
I see no problem in refunding these. We will recover more than the
amount we refunded by $190.
The Building Permit fee and the State Surcharge in my opinion should
not be refunded, but this is a decision that will have to be made by
you or the City Council. The reason for this is that a plan check was
done by Larry Squires so the City has invested some time and money.
Therefore, the total refundable monies to Mr. Rusch should be in the
amount of $1,560.
EL:bj
90
