Mr. Cecka has asked that Allen Avenue be made 50 feet wide <br />rather than 66 feet as shown. We see no objection to this <br />request. <br />2. We assumed that topography will be furnished, the primary <br />purpose of which is to show the location of Branch Ditch <br />No. 7 as well as elevations throughout the property. <br />It will be necessary to reroute the ditch so as to conform <br />with platted lot lines. <br />It would, therefore, be our recommendation that a plan be <br />developed now for the permanent storm sewer pipe to replace <br />the ditch. This would include the property west of Sylvan <br />Estates, that is, between Thunder Bay Road and Payne Avenue <br />with the proper pipe size, grading and location. This would <br />necessitate at least the preliminary plan for streets and <br />lots in the aforementioned area. <br />3.
