The City Council <br />has referred to us your letter of June 12, 1984, relative to <br />the filling of your property. <br />I have discussed this matter with the county officials <br />that you referred to in your correspondence. No one is aware of <br />any specific legislation that exempts your property from the neces- <br />sity of complying with city regulations relative to the filling <br />of land within the city. If you are aware of such legislation, <br />would you please advise us of the same.
