Attached to this letter is a <br />copy of the Contract for Deed, Document No. 730256. You will <br />note in that contract that the language before the easement <br />states, "together with ", which indicates that Zilge has agreed to <br />convey the property contained in this easement description to <br />Rustad and Sandberg. There is no other mention of an easement <br />dedication in the document. <br />In conclusion, it appears that the road easement was never <br />created or dedicated to the City on this property. Clearly, an <br />easement does not exist on Parcel B on the attached map.
