August 16, 1984 <br />Memo to: City Council and Office Staff <br />From: Bev Scalze, liaison for Park Commission <br />During this past week, I have discussed with Dave Licht <br />some problems regarding communication between the Park <br />Commission and the Planning Commission. In an effort <br />to ease the exchange of information, I would like to <br />implement the following process: <br />Copies to be sent to the Park Commission members: <br />Planner reports mailed by the Planner <br />Planning Commission minutes to be mailed by the office staff <br />Park Commission minutes mailed by the office staff (as is <br />currently done) <br />Any new subdivision maps or information for their review <br />In addition, I would like the Park Commission minutes to be: <br />mailed to the City Council <br />mailed to the Planner <br />mailed to the Planning Commission <br />mailed to the subdivision applicant <br />included in the City Council agenda <br />beginning with the June and July <br />I don't believe have as yet been <br />by the office staff. <br />If there are any changes or additions to this process, <br />please let me know. <br />(if any) <br />correspondence, <br />minutes which <br />sent to the Council <br />Bev Scalze <br />copies to: City Council <br />Joe <br />Dave Licht <br />Park Commission <br />Planning Commission <br />92 <br />
