13. That CITY /TOWN shall pay a fixed veterinary bill <br />in the amount of $25.00 per animal for unclaimed <br />animals requiring medical attention. Owners <br />claiming their animals shall be charged the <br />veterinary bill in its entirety. <br />14. The charge for animals picked up at the request <br />of an owner shall be charged to such owner at <br />the rate of $25.00 per animal. <br />15. That CITY /TOWN shall make all payments provided <br />for herein promptly upon receipt of monthly <br />statements from WBAC. <br />16. That CITY /TOWN shall appoint the Animal Control <br />Officers of WBAC as CITY /TOWN Animal Control <br />Officers with powers to enforce CITY /TOWN <br />ordinances. <br />THIS CONTRACT shall be in full force and effect from the 1st <br />day of January, 1985, to the 31st day of December, 1986, unless <br />earlier cancelled by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice <br />to the other party of the cancellation thereof. <br />IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED, by and between the parties hereto, that <br />all the covenants and agreements herein contained shall extend to and <br />be obligatory upon the successors and assigns of the respective <br />parties. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the parties have caused this contract <br />to be signed in their behalf by the proper officers thereunto duly <br />authorized and their corporate seals to be hereto affixed, the day and <br />year first above written. <br />WHITE BEAR ANIMAL CONTROL, INC., <br />a Minnesota corporation <br />(5-7 GGCt j <br />B Y <br />Its President <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />By <br />Its Mayor <br />and <br />3 2l <br />
