APPLICATION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA FOR VARIANCE TO CITY CODE <br />AND AMENDMENT TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. <br />June 24, 2013 <br />In an effort to be able to use the fenced -in area in the Northeast corner of my property <br />at 180 Ryan Drive, application is hereby being made to change the front of said corner <br />property from Ryan Drive to Spruce St. <br />The storage area in question (see plat) extends 26 ft beyond the front line of the <br />building facing Ryan Drive, therefore is in non - compliance. The front of the building is <br />logically Spruce St., as that is the entrance most commonly used to gain access to the <br />building and contains the approved parking area. The frontage on Spruce, when one <br />measures to the center of the curve between Spruce and Ryan is roughly 95 ft. <br />If the front is granted to be Spruce, then the storage area in question would be in the <br />back and side lot.
