MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />May 10, 1984 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the loth day of May, 1984 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Peter Costa chaired the meeting and called it to order <br />at 7:35 P.M. and the following were present at roll call: <br />ABSENT: <br />Pete Costa <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Thomas Ducharme <br />Art Herkenhoff (arrived 7:40 P.M.) <br />Karolyn Kingsbury <br />Thomas Perlingcr <br />Roy French <br />Jim Steele <br />Sharon Timmons <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Dave Licht, City Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Approval There being no correction to the April 12 minutes, Mr. Costa declared <br />Of The _ that the minutes be approved as read. <br />Minutes <br />Kimmes Mr. Kimmes presented to the Commission plans for the proposed garage <br />Proposal to serve his property located at 339 and 347 Little Canada Road. <br />Mr. Kimmes commented that the plans also show the building density of <br />the property. <br />Mr. Costa asked if the proposed garages were for the tenants of the <br />property. Mr. Kimmes replied that they were. <br />Mr. Costa asked how many garages there are presently per tenant. Mr. <br />Kimmes replied that he presently has four garages and would like four <br />more. Currently, there are seven adults living at both 339 and 347 <br />Little Canada Road, each with a vehicle. Mr. Kimmes stated that he <br />would like to get these vehicles housed inside. <br />Kimmes pointed out the traffic on Little Canada Road and informed <br />the Commission that his tenants do not like to leave their vehicles <br />parked out in front of the building. <br />Mrs. Kingsbury pointed out that Mr. Kimmes could not assure the City <br />that the parking would he eliminated in front of the building by the <br />Page -1- <br />
