Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minn. 55117
Dear Council Members:
500 West Highway 96
St. Paul, Minnesota 55112
484-3301
June 21, 1984
RE: Ryan Industrial Park
On June 20, 1984, Mr. Beise attended an inspection of the Frattalone
fill operation with 2 representatives of the DNR and Roger Glanzer.
While there he also noted that fill was being placed in the ponding
area of the Ryan Industrial Park.
I immediately called Mr. Ryan to inquire and he stated that he had
been requested to do this by NSP in order to provide access to a
pole on the highline (which may revert back to an agreement in the
original easement).
He also stated the Standard Oil Pipeline which parallels the power
line is concerned about the stability of the line where it crosses
the pond.
I informed Mr. Ryan that even though the foregoing might be entirely
legitimate,hA_ nevertheless should have requested permission from the
City beforehand.
Mr. Ryan stated that he would stop the work immediately and if
necessary remove it.
He will attend the meeting on June 27, 1984.
Very truly yours,
MILNER W.
