Dan Nicol of 2489 Mc Menemy and <br />Mr. Dave Mastell of 2481 Mc Menemy <br />will be appearing before the Council concerning <br />thier insurance claim for damages from a sewer backup. <br />the incident happen in July. <br />Mr. Mastell is aking for $ 4,088.00. <br />Mr. Nicol is asking for $ 4,750.00 <br />The insurance co is willing to pay halh of that amount. <br />
