EXHIBIT A <br />NOTICE OF CALL FOR REDEMPTION <br />$1,060,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION TEMPORARY <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1981 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY . <br />MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by order of the City Council of the <br />City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota, there have <br />been called for redemption and prepayment on April 1, 1984 the <br />outstanding bonds of the City designated as $1,060,000 General <br />Obligation Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1981, dated October <br />1, 1981, bearing serial numbers 1 through 212, having the <br />stated maturity date of October 1, 1984, and totalling <br />$1,060,000 in principal amount. The bonds are being called at <br />a price of par plus accrued interest to April 1, 1984, on which <br />date all interest on said bonds will cease to accrue.
