Approval <br />Of The <br />Minutes <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />January 12, 1984 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 12th day of Janaury, 1984 in the Council Chambers of <br />The City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members of the Planning Commission were present: <br />Eugene DeLonais <br />Roy French <br />Thomas Ducharme <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />Karolyn Kingsbury <br />Sharon Timmons (arrived 7:45 P.M.) <br />Thomas Perlinger <br />Those members absent were: <br />Peter Costa <br />Jim Steele <br />Mr. Ducharme recommended that the minutes of the December 1, 1983 <br />meeting he approved as read. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. French. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />Carl Buechler Mr. Carl Buechler appeared before the Commission requesting approval <br />PUD Contional of a PUD Conditional Use Permit in order to split a duplex for <br />Use Permit separate ownership. Mr. Buechler reported that he has worked with <br />the Planner on this. <br />Buechler reported that one of his tenants would like to purchase their <br />half of the duplex. Buechler stated that this made more sense than <br />to sell the entire building to an investor, which would cause the <br />building not to he owner occupied and would eventually let the <br />building run down. <br />Mrs. Kingsbury asked if the building were up to Code. Mr. Crittman <br />replied that the building meets the same codes that a single family <br />home would meet. <br />Mr. DeLonais asked if the tract net the Planner's recommendations. <br />Page —1— <br />
