We thought this might be of benefit in considering a maximum unit size <br />approach in accommodating mother -in -law apartments. <br />The second attachment is a copy of the White Bear Lake Code which also permits a sub- <br />ordinate apartment in a low density single family district. While this code offers some <br />good ideas, there are also several points which we question on an enforcement basis. These <br />are noted in the margin. <br />We anticipate yet receiving information which pertains to this issue from the Metropolitan <br />Council as well as the City of Cottage Grove.
