Little Canada Mayor and City Council
Little Canada Planning Commission
1 February 1984
Page Two
RECOMMENDATION
In view of the fact that the proposed change in land division does not alter
the 1rd use or project design, it is recommended that the Heather Oaks
revised subdivision plan be approved. This approval should, however, be
subject to:
1. Designation of six foot drainage and utility easements along all lot
lines not serving as a division between dwelling units.
2. A revision if necessary, as determined by the City Attorney, of the
development agreement and property owners association agreement to
adequately address property maintenance and control.
3. Other recommendations as documented by the City Attorney, City Engineer,
City Building Official and City Clerk which may be applicable to the
proposed development.
cc: Joseph Chlebeck
Tom Sweeney
Don Carley
Ed Locke
Duncan McClellan
5.1
Lin
