NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS INC.
January 25, 1984
Mr. Thomas Sweeney
Attorney at Law
Sweeney, O'Connor and LeMay
Northern Federal Building, Suite 350
6th and Wabasha
St. Paul, Minnesota 55102
RE: Little Canada Development Administration
File No: 758.09
Dear Tom:
CITY OF
LITTLE CAN
We received the attached letter from Northwestern Bell indicating a new
approach to the installation of telephone facilities in new subdivisions.
My thought on this matter is we should possibly address this situation
as part of our development contract. While the City need not be concerned
as to the details of the service and its installation, I would think it
appropriate that the City ensure that appropriate arrangements for service
have been made. As a consequence, I am suggesting that some reference to
this situation should be included in future development contract agreements.
Should you care to discuss this matter further, please contact me
accordingly.
Very truly yours,
NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS, INC.
David R.
