CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION N0 *a1COC DD 12 8 3-4 - .274 <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO VARIANCES ON CERTAIN' <br />PLATTED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />WHEREAS, the City of Little Canada has <br />property from Ronald E. Conway and Diane D. <br />of a Quit Claim Deed dated June 13, 1983: <br />The West Twenty (20) feet of Lots Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), <br />Nineteen (19), and Twenty (20), Block Nine (9), North Heights, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />and • <br />purchased the following described <br />Conway, husband and wife, by means <br />WHEREAS, the conveyance of the above described property to the City of <br />Little Canada results in a reduction in size of lots abutting the above <br />described property to less than 10,000 square feet, which is the present <br />requirement for a residential lot in the City of Little Canada, and <br />WHEREAS, because of the inadequate lot size, a variance by the City <br />Council would be necessary for construction upon lots abutting the above <br />described property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council, upon a proper <br />application, shall not deny a build}ng permit or a variance on lots abutting <br />the above described property, to Ronald E. Conway and Diane D. Conway, or <br />their successors in interest, because of the inadequate lot size created by <br />the above conveyance to the City of Little Canada. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Little Canada this <br />1983. <br />ATTEST; <br />Jose?
