CHLEB ECK, Clerk <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minn. 55117 <br />484 -2177 <br />Mr, Donald Nelson <br />2830 Keller Parkway <br />Maplewood, MN 55109 <br />February 23, 1989 <br />RE: Water Connection - City of Little Canada <br />Gervais Overlook Addition <br />Dear Mr. Nelson: <br />The following items will be necessary for approval of the <br />water connection to Little Canada for the above - mentioned <br />plat: <br />1. A City connection fee of $55,510 must be paid to <br />the City of Little Canada up front. <br />2. A developer's bond or letter of credit in the <br />amount of $20,000 for construction of that portion <br />of the watermain within Little Canada. <br />3. A copy of the contractor's certificate of <br />insurance and bond. <br />4. A permit from Ramsey County to work on the <br />right-of-way. <br />5. Little Canada is proposing to bill for the water <br />usage; however, St. Paul may also be charging you <br />for a connection fee. Check this matter out with <br />Maplewood. <br />6. Since Little Canada may be billing you for the <br />water, we will also maintain that portion of the <br />line within the City of Little Canada.
