CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 312 <br />AN INTERIM ORDINANCE EXTENDING A MORATORIUM <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Moratorium Ordinance on Country Drive. <br />(A) Purpose and Intent. The City of Little Canada has adopted <br />a Comprehensive Plan and zoning text, pursuant to M.S. Sections <br />462.351 and following, and the Little Canada City Council has <br />directed the staff to study and analyze proposed uses and existing <br />zoning of the property described below for the purpose of considering <br />the relocation of Country Drive and for the purpose of considering <br />the amendment of the Comprehensive Plan and zoning text relating to <br />the following described property. <br />(B) Pursuant to M.S. Section 462.355, Subd. 4, this interim <br />ordinance, for the purpose of protecting the planning process and the <br />health, safety and welfare of Little Canada citizens, hereby <br />prohibits the development, subdivision, or the issuance of building <br />permits relative to the following described property, located along <br />Country Drive within the City of Little Canada: <br />The property subject to the moratorium is located on the west <br />side of Country Drive, from the north line of the St. Paul Water <br />Works right -of -way to the south line of the Burlington Railroad <br />right -of -way. The property is bounded on the west by Condit <br />Street. The subject property is all located in Section 6, <br />Township 29, Range 22, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />(C) This moratorium shall be in effect through July 13, 1989. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this day of <br />, 1989. <br />Michael I.
