ORDINANCE NO. _305_ <br />AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A MORATORIUM <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Moratorium Ordinance on Country Drive. <br />(A) Purpose and Intent. The City of Little Canada has <br />adopted a Comprehensive Plan and zoning text, pursuant to M.S. <br />Sections 462.351 and following, and the Little Canada City Council <br />has directed the staff to study and analyze proposed uses and <br />existing zoning of the property described below for the purpose of <br />considering the relocation of Country Drive and for the purpose of <br />considering the amendment of the Comprehensive Plan and zoning text <br />relating to the following described property. <br />(B) Pursuant to M.S. Section 462.355, Subd. 4, this <br />interim ordinance, for the purpose of protecting the planning <br />process and the health, safety and welfare of Little Canada <br />citizens, hereby prohibits the development, subdivision, or the <br />issuance of building permits relative to the following described <br />property, located along Country Drive within the City of Little <br />Canada: <br />The property subject to the moratorium is located on the <br />west side of Country Drive, from the north line of the <br />St. Paul Water Works right -of -way to the south line of the <br />Burlington Railroad right -of -way. The property is bounded <br />on the west by Condit Street. The subject property is all <br />located in Section 6, Township 29, Range 22, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota. <br />(C) This moratorium shall be in effect for a period of <br />six months from the date of passage and publication of this <br />ordinance. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this _13 day of <br />July , 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />G.
