Office of:
JOSEPH G. CHLEBECK, Clerk
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minn. 55117
484-2177
CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
MEMORANDUM
TO: Mike Fahey ////
FROM: Joe Chlebeck)97
DATE: May 2, 1989
RE: Palmen Plat - Mid Oaks Addition
MAYOR
Michael Fahey
co ON Ctt.
BniarlY Scalze
Bill Blesmer
Rick Collove
Jim LaVall•
I have reviewed all the minutes we have concerning the
proposal and no where do we discuss the water. The closest
water main is over 600 feet away and it would require
special conditions such as bridging the water works
right -of -way and bridging the Amoco gas line. The
Planner's report of July 7, 1988 indicates the Engineer is
to review the utility plan. The utilities are in existence
(streets and sewer).
The main issue in this development is the ponding area.
Section 1005.020 of the Subdivision Code indicates what is
to be drawn on a preliminary plat. Section (b) (4) states
the location and size of existing sewers, water mains,
culverts or other underground facilities within the tract
and to a distance of one hundred (100) feet beyond the
tract. Such data as grades, invert elevations, and
locations of catch basins, manholes and hydrants shall also
be shown.
JGC:kpv
PAGE -2-
