ORDINANCE NO. 314 <br />AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A MORATORIUM <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Moratorium Ordinance on Little Canada Road. <br />(A) Purposes and Intent. The City of Little Canada <br />has adopted a Comprehensive Plan and zoning text, pursuant to <br />M.S. Sections 462.351 and following, and the Little Canada City <br />Council has directed the staff to study and analyze proposed <br />uses and existing zoning of the property described below for the <br />purpose of considering the amendment of the Comprehensive Plan <br />and zoning text relating to the following described property. <br />(B) Pursuant to M.S. Section 462.355, Subd. 4, this <br />interim ordinance, for the purpose of protecting the planning <br />process and the health, safety and welfare of Little Canada <br />citizens, hereby prohibits the development, subdivision, or the <br />issuance of building permits relative to the following described <br />property, located along Little Canada Road within the City of <br />Little Canada: <br />Tracts "C" and "D ", Registered Land Survey No. 68, <br />files of Registrar of Titles, County of Ramsey, <br />together with an easement for ingress and egress to <br />the aforedescribed property over the following <br />described premises: all that part of Tracts "E" and <br />"F ", Registered Land Survey No. 68 lying southerly of <br />a line running parallel to and distant 10 feet <br />northwesterly of the southeasterly line of said Tract <br />"F" and northeasterly extension thereof. <br />That part of Tract "E ", Registered Land Survey No. 68, <br />files of Registrar of Titles, County of Ramsey, <br />described as follows: beginning at the northeasterly <br />corner of said Tract "E "; thence northwesterly along <br />the northeasterly line of said Tract "E" a distance of <br />11.5 feet; thence southwesterly parallel to the <br />southeasterly line of said Tract "E" a distance of <br />93.33 feet; thence southerly a distance of 26.54 feet <br />to the southeasterly (southernmost) corner of said <br />Tract "E "; thence northeasterly along the <br />southeasterly line of said Tract "E" to the point of <br />beginning. <br />Page 24 <br />
