Wybierala, Manager <br />Re: License for Collection and <br />Transportation of Solid Waste <br />Dear Mr. Wybierala: <br />TELEPHONE t612i 298 -4-1,1 <br />FAX 298 -531b <br />Attached hereto and served upon Poor Richard's, Inc., is a <br />certified copy of Resolution number 89 -416, adopted by the Board <br />of Ramsey County Commissioners, which revokes the License for the <br />Collection and Transportation of Solid Waste issued to the <br />Corporation by the Ramsey County Public Health Department. In <br />accordance with the provisions of Section VII(J)(2) of the Ramsey <br />County Administrative Ordinance, the terms of this Resolution are <br />effective upon service upon Poor Richard's, Inc., of a written <br />notice or copy thereof. <br />Upon service or this notice of Board action, Poor <br />Richard's, Inc., must immediately cease all activity within <br />Ramsey County which is, or has been, conducted under the license <br />for the Collection and Transportation of Solid Waste. You may not <br />collect or transport any solid waste which is generated within <br />Ramsey County, either directly or by lease or assignment or any <br />other arrangement with any other licensed hauler. You must <br />immediatrty_remove from service any vehicles, devices, or <br />receptacles which are utilized for these purposes. <br />Should the Corporation fail to comply with the provisions <br />of this Resolution it, and its officers and employees, may be <br />subject to criminal prosecution, civil suit, injunction, or all <br />of the above.
