MINUTES <br />City Council <br />July 13, 1988 <br />Kleiss <br />Garage <br />Replacement <br />(Cont.) <br />Theis <br />Filing <br />Extension <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />Saxon <br />Lounge <br />Pig Roast <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Collova, Blesener, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 278. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88 -7 -274 - INSTRUCTING THE <br />CITY PLANNER TO PREPARE AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br />INCORPORATING A PROVISION THAT ACCESSORY BUILDINGS <br />BUILT PRIOR TO 1980 CAN BE REPLACED OR REBUILT IN <br />THEIR EXISTING LOCATION, BUT NO CLOSER THAN 5 FEET <br />FROM THE PROPERTY LINE, AND FURTHER CALLING FOR A <br />PUBLIC HEARING FOR AUGUST 10, 1988 AT WHICH SUCH <br />ORDINANCE AMENDMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded. by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Collova, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 279. <br />Mr. Thomas Theis, 644 East County Road D, has requested a 100 -day <br />extension to file a simple lot division which was previously approved <br />by the City. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88 -7 -275 - APPROVING A 100 - <br />DAY FILING EXTENSION FOR THE THOMAS THEIS <br />PROPERTY DIVISION PER MR. THEIS'S REQUEST <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 280. <br />The Saxon Lounge has made application for a pig roast for Saturday, <br />July 23, 1988 and is also requesting permission to serve beer at the <br />pig roast. <br />The City Clerk reported that the Saxon held a similar event last year <br />with no problems.
