MINUTES <br />City Council <br />July 22, 1987 <br />Canadian <br />Days Permits <br />(Cont.) <br />Additional <br />Investors - <br />Federal <br />Savings Bank <br />& Investors <br />Savings Bank <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />Frank <br />Frattalone <br />Property <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />David <br />Wright <br />Property <br />Division <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 11 <br />PULL TABS - PROVIDED A SATISFACTORY APPLICATION <br />IS SUBMITTED AND WAIVING THE CITY'S 30 -DAY <br />COMMENT PERIOD ON THIS APPLICATION; <br />FIREWORKS - UPON SUBMISSION OF EVIDENCE OF <br />SATISFACTORY INSURANCE COVERAGE , tufoP I\?P2OVi&t, <br />cr: F't g'k: CAkl '-.P z <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 376. <br />The City Clerk recommended approval of Investors Savings Bank and <br />Federal Savings Bank as additional investors for the City. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />/ RESOLUTION NO. 87 -7 -350 - APPROVING THE <br />1/// INVESTORS SAVINGS BANK AND FEDERAL SAVINGS <br />BANK AS ADDITIONAL INVESTORS FOR THE CITY <br />BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />CLERK <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 377. <br />Scalze suggested that the Council review the information the Clerk <br />has provided on the permits approved for the Frank Frattalone <br />property and that the Council discuss this matter at its next <br />meeting. <br />Mr. David Wright appeared before the Council regarding his request <br />for the division of his property. <br />The City Attorney pointed out that an easement <br />proposed Noel Drive from the Plessel property, <br />would like to be paid for this easement. <br />Fahey reported that when a private developer wants to put in an <br />improvement, the developer is responsible for obtaining easements. <br />Only when an improvement involves several property owners does the <br />City become involved. <br />is necessary for <br />however, Mrs. Plessel <br />Page 81 <br />
