The cost of the accident coverage is $12.75 per person per year. <br />The coverage year runs March 1 to February 28. For cities that <br />enroll now, coverage will run from August 1 through February 1, <br />for a pro -rated premium of $7.44 per person. <br />Additional information and application forms are enclosed.
