March 15, 1989 <br />Mr. Sanders <br />Page Two <br />The Consultants we would propose for this Project would be: <br />1.) Structural Engineering; <br />Wayne C. Larson, Consulting Engineers <br />White Bear Lake, Minnesota <br />2.) Mechanical and Electrical Engineering; <br />Gausman & Moore, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers <br />Little Canada, Minnesota <br />We propose to devote the time necessary to complete each Phase <br />of our Work in a timely manner as set forth by a previously <br />agreed upon schedule as well as attend all necessary meetings <br />required for the successfull completion of the Project. We, as <br />well as our Consulants will remain responsibly involved thru <br />the life of the Project. <br />We propose that Compensation for the above Architectural Services <br />be based on hourly fees to a maximum fee not to exceed $ 11,700.00. <br />Further, this Total will be broken down as follows: <br />1.) Architectural <br />2.) Structural <br />3.) Mechanical and Electrical <br />$ 8,700.00 <br />$ 1,000.00 <br />$ 2,000.00 <br />We propose that the foregoing Compensation will be due and <br />payable on a monthly basis. <br />In addition to the foregoing Compensation, all expenditures <br />made in the interest of the Project will be reimbursable at a <br />rate of 1.1 times the actual expense. These items will include <br />but, not be limited to the following; travel outside of the <br />Metropolitan area, long distance telephone, postage and delivery <br />service, reproduction of drawings for out of this office use, <br />reproduction of Construction Documents, photo copying and <br />photographic reproduction. <br />Again, we thank you for the opportunity to present this Proposal <br />and we look forward to working with you on this Project.
