The plans <br />address water quantity, water quality, erosion and sedimentation, <br />recreation and wildlife habitat. Water bodies are classified <br />based on use and function to best manage the city's system. A <br />capital improvements program and development guides are also <br />developed. The plans incorporate the policies of several water <br />management organizations having areas within a city. <br />Project Engineer for the East Mississippi Watershed Management <br />Organization - Newport, St. Paul Park, Grey Cloud Island, <br />Minnesota Preparation of Watershed Plan conforming to Minnesota <br />Statues 509.
