8. Schedule <br />What is the proposed implementation schedule for the project described in <br />this application? What are the proposed start -up and completion dates for <br />the project? At what points during the implementation period will requests <br />for reimbursement be made? Approximately how much money will be requested <br />at each point? <br />9. Flood Insurance <br />Does your local government unit (appropriate city or county) participate in <br />the National Flood Insurance Program? If yes, have residents been notified <br />by local officials that flood insurance is available to them? When and how <br />often? If no, do all of the flood prone cities and counties within your <br />local units jurisdiction participate in the flood insurance program? <br />10. Permits <br />Have you applied for and /or received all local, state or federal permits <br />that are required to implement the proposed project? <br />11. Land Interests <br />Have the necessary easements, rights -of -way or other land interests needed <br />for the project been acquired?
