Amounts and units agreed to by <br />parties." <br />On Page 6, Paragraph 9(b) should commence "The contract ". <br />The third sentence of that paragraph should read "Unless <br />otherwise agreed to by the parties hereto, collection service <br />will be on Wednesday." <br />On Page 7, Paragraph (c), the second sentence should <br />commence "When ". <br />On Page 9, Paragraph (e) should commence "The Contractor <br />shall receive ". <br />On Page 10, the last line of Paragraph (b) should read <br />"$20.00 per occurrence as liquidated damages." <br />On Page 11, Paragraph 12 should read as follows: "Surety <br />Bond. A performance bond guaranteeing the faithful performance <br />of this Contract by each individual contractor shall be provided <br />to the City of Little Canada. This Contract is subject to <br />termination by the City any time said financial guaranty does <br />not remain in full force." <br />On page 11, Paragraph 13 should read as follows: <br />"Liability Insurance. The Contractor shall perform <br />under this Contract in a clean, neat manner and shall <br />operate such trucks and motor vehicles as are reasonably <br />necessary and suitable to the rendering of such services. <br />The Contractor shall provide comprehensive general <br />liability insurance including premises- operations coverage, <br />completed operations coverage, independent contractor's <br />coverage and contractual liability coverage, covering the <br />indemnity agreement set forth herein, with limits not less <br />than $100,000.00 for injury to any one person, $300,000.00 <br />for each occurrence, and $50,000.00 for property damage. <br />The contractor shall provide automobile, bodily injury and <br />property damage liability insurance, including coverage for <br />all owned, hired, vehicles and employers' non - ownership <br />liability coverages on all equipment with the limits set <br />forth above. The Contractor shall name the City as an <br />additional insured on such insurance and shall furnish <br />evidence of the same to the City annually. <br />The policy shall be a standard form policy provided <br />for by a carrier approved by the State of Minnesota and <br />shall not contain exclusions that will restrict coverage on <br />Page 29 <br />
