Meath incl <br />reported that money <br />project, and there i <br />September 25, 1988 letter from Johanna Meath outlining <br />story book project being undertaken by the Historical <br />uded cost estimates for work on the book. Scalze <br />has been budgeted by the Historical Society for this <br />s also the chance of outside funding for the project. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88 -10 -443 - APPROVING THE <br />EXPENDITURE OF THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY FOR <br />WORK ON THE LITTLE CANADA HISTORY BOOK <br />PROJECT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 458. <br />The City Clerk reported that there are assessments in the amount of 5814.96 <br />on Westwind Park. The Clerk pointed out that past City policy has been to <br />abate assessments on City -owned land. <br />Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88 -10 -444 - ABATING THE <br />ASSESSMENTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $814.96 FOR <br />PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY AND IDENTIFIED <br />AS WESTWIND PARK BASED ON PAST CITY POLICY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Collova, Scalze, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 459. <br />Centerville <br />Road Area <br />Park <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />Scalze reported that she has obtained estimates of maintenance costs for <br />the Centerville Road Area Park from Bill Sanders and the Public Works Dept. <br />Their estimate for total park maintenance is $22,400 annually. This <br />includes equipment and labor costs. <br />Scalze also reported that Bill Sanders will be presenting complete park <br />plans tomorrow evening to the Planning Commission for their comments. <br />Page -23- <br />D ;I° 103 <br />
