Hamline Ave Suite 220 <br />St. Paul, MN 55113 <br />RE: Bingo Hall License Number 010 <br />Dear Mr. Brody: <br />This is to inform you that your application for a bingo hall <br />license has been approved by the Board conditioned on your <br />providing this office with documentation from the local governing <br />body in which the hall is located, either city or county, that <br />the local governing body waives the 60 day period for denial of <br />the license. If the documentation cannot be provided, the 60 day <br />period will have to expire. A memo regarding this information <br />went out to all bingo hall licensees on July 7, 1989. <br />Since we have not received the necessary information, Form CG310, <br />Bingo Hall License Application - Acknowledgement of Notice by <br />Local Governing Body is enclosed. This is the acknowledgement of <br />the local governing body only.
