NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT 88 -7 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada will hold a public hearing at 7:30 P.M., Wednesday, <br />September 27, 1989, in the Council Chambers of the City Center at <br />515 East Little Canada Road to consider the making of the following <br />improvement: <br />Payne Avenue from Labore to County Road "D" <br />by Excavation,. Geo- technic fabric, storm sewer, subbase <br />drains, granular subbase, crushed gravel base and <br />bituminous surface and seal coat. <br />The estimated cost is $164,535.00. <br />The general nature and location of these improvements is amplified <br />in the preliminary engineering report on file with the City Clerk. <br />The area proposed to be assessed is all lots and tracts of land <br />abutting said streets. <br />All pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, <br />Chapter 398 as amended). <br />Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed <br />improvement will be heard at this hearing. <br />s /s/ Joseph Chlebeck <br />City Clerk <br />PUBLISHED: NORTH SUBURBAN PRESS <br />September 12 and September 19, 1989 <br />Page 59 <br />
