MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />September 14, 1989 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of <br />September, 1989 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Peter Costa, Chairman <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Ms. Claudia Drabik <br />Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Dave Bendel <br />Ms. Peggy Schweizer <br />Mr. Art Herkenhoff <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Recording Sec. <br />MINUTES There being no corrections to the minutes of August 10, <br />1989, the minutes stood approved as read. <br />SLUMBERLAND Mr. Paul Kaufman, representing Slumberland, appeared <br />before the Commission and reported that the site <br />improvements requested by the Commission at its last <br />meeting are not as far along as Slumberland would like. <br />Kaufman reported that Slumberland recently had some <br />problems with its irrigation system. Those have now <br />been resolved, and a portion of the site has now been <br />seeded or sodded. Kaufman also reported that <br />Slumberland has submitted a landscaping plan. <br />DeLonais asked if Slumberland submitted a landscaping <br />plan as part of its original development. <br />The City Planner was unsure, and stated that he has <br />never seen such a plan, however, assumed that City <br />Page 1 <br />Page 1 <br />
