September 20, 1989
Mayor Michael Fahey and
Little Canada City Council
Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council:
Virginia Smith has brought to my attention that she
has made contact with the people responsible for road
construction on Little Canada Rd. pertaining to the
removal of the survey stakes at her property at 334
Little Canada Rd. that have not been replaced since
the completion of the construction.
The survey stakes have also been removed and not re-
laced on 339 and 347 Little Canada Rd. properties.
Mrs. Smith carries a Contract for Deed on the 339
Little Canada Rd. property and therefore, we both
have a vested interest in getting this problem re-
solved.
Prior correspondence that she has had with Lunda
Construction, MnDot, and State Representative, Don
Valento informed her that the responsibility for
replacing the survey stakes comes back to the City
of Little Canada.
I am requesting that the City of Little Canada take
whatever means are necessary to replace the survey
stakes.
Thank you.
RTK /vs
Sincerely,
pa C
Richard T. Ki mes
339 Little Canada Rd.
St. Paul, MN 55117
Phone: 483 -5883
Vi girlie T. Smith
Page 91
