September 18, 1989 <br />Mayor Michael Fahey and members of the <br />City Council of Little Canada <br />This is a request to have our homestead property <br />at 334 E. Little Canada Rd. survey markers re- <br />placed. We had our property surveyed in November <br />1987, and, at that time, the survey markers were <br />installed by Milner. W. Carley and Associates, Inc. <br />The survey stakes were dug up at the time of the <br />road construction on Little Canada Rd. and have <br />not, as yet, been replaced. We have contacted <br />Lunda Construction, MnDot, and State Represent- <br />ative, Don Valente to get this and other problems <br />regarding the road construction resolved. To <br />date, all other problems have been resolved ex- <br />cept this survey stake problem. <br />As you can see from the attached copies of letter <br />written both by myself and their responses, it <br />now seems as if it is the obligation of the City <br />of Little Canada to replace our survey markers. <br />Therefore, this is a request to have this done <br />as soon as possible. <br />Please notify us as to when this will be taken <br />care of. <br />Thank you in advance. <br />Sincerely, <br />Donald and Virginia Smith <br />Phone: 484 -1136 <br />Page 93 <br />
